How to Pay Your HOA Dues via Zelle
Woodbridge South HOA now accepts payments through Zelle. This is a fast, safe, and free way to pay your assessments directly from your mobile banking app or online banking portal.
Step 1: Locate Zelle in Your Bank’s App
Log in to your online banking or mobile app. Look for "Send Money with Zelle" (usually found in the "Transfer" or "Pay" menu).
Step 2: Add Woodbridge South HOA as a Recipient
Enter the HOA’s official Zelle identifier: woodbridgesouthhoa@gmail.com
Verify the name: The recipient name should appear as Woodbridge South Homeowners' Association.
Step 3: Enter the Payment Amount
Enter the exact amount of your assessment or your current outstanding balance. Important: Please refer to your latest statement to ensure you are paying the correct amount.
Step 4: REQUIRED – Include Your Property Address
In the "Add a Message" field on the “Review Payment Details” page, you must type your property address (e.g., "1234 Evergreen" or "1234 Walnut Creek"). Also adding your email address is optional but helpful with HOA email communications.
Why? Without your address in the memo, the Board may not be able to match the payment to your account, which could result in your balance appearing unpaid on future summaries.
Step 5: Review and Send
Double-check the amount and the recipient details. Select "Send." You will receive a confirmation from your bank, and the HOA will receive the funds typically within minutes.
Why use Zelle?
No Stamps or Envelopes: No need to mail a check.
Instant Credit: Your payment is recorded much faster than a mailed check.
Secure: Your bank's security protects the transaction.
A Note for Homeowners with Multiple Lots If you own multiple properties, please send a separate transaction for each address or clearly list all addresses in the memo field to ensure your account is credited correctly.
